Addie Louise Johnson was born to the late James Edward and Rachel Lee Johnson on April 28, 1959. She united with Neelygrove United Methodist Church at a young age and was baptized. She attended Elementary School at G.W. Carver schooled for Blacks in Beech Grove Jasper, Texas. Later she attended Middle School at J. H. Rowe and High School at Jasper High School in Jasper, Texas. She was part of the graduating class of 1977. Class of 1977 was the first graduating class of the present-day Jasper High School.

Her parents, James and Rachel Johnson; Daughter, LeKesha Carter; Siblings, Fayette Johnson, Harriet Hafford, Hazel Hafford, Harold Johnson, and Buddy Johnson, all proceeded her in death.

Louise leaves to cherish her memories: her husband of 43 years Edward Lee Carter; Her daughter, Natasha Limbrick (Pastor, Karlin Limbrick), Her Nephew/Son, James Johnson; Her Brother, Ellis Johnson(Lois); Her (6) Grand kids: Grand Daughters, Debria Cuney(De Anthony), Kelya Limbrick, Her Grand Sons; Trevion Mitchell, Jimmell Mc.Bride, Jeremiah Limbrick, and Zatavion Carter; (6) Great-Grandkids, Special Sister/Friends, Extended Daughters and Sons, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
