Alan Marshall Smith "AL" was born June 16, 1961 to the late Westley Neil Smith and Dora Smith.

Al was a graduate of Jasper High School. He served in the United States Navy. He was a people's person known by many.

Al was preceded in death by his father, Westley Neil Smith; sister, Beverly Smith and nephew, Jeffery Horn.

He leaves to cherish memories his mother, Dora Smith; children, Alan Marchello Smith, Shari (Chris) Williams, Louisha Fowler and Alan Smith Jr.; brother, Wendal Neil Smith; special friend, Randi Mcarthur; nieces and nephew, Brandi Smith, Tanika Hafford and Mario Smith; grandchildren, Aerial Smith and Quentin Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.
