Clovice "Clo V" Collier Jackson was born on May 20, 1930 to Marvine and Ethu Hall.

She attended West Kirbyville High School and later married Billy Ray Jackson.

Clovice was a faithful and active member of Sunrise Missionary Baptist Church, Kirbyville, Texas, until her health failed. Though her health failed, she continued to serve the Lord. Clovice was a homemaker.

Proceeding her in death were her parents, Marvine and Ethu Hall; husband, Bill Ray Jackson; two infant children, Arthur Eugene and Jacquelin; children, Otis Deon Collier, Kathryn Barnett, and Monica Williams; brother, John Hall, Sr., and sister, Bobbie Jean Hall.

Clo V will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
