Frank Moore was born to Clara Belle Fuller and Sam Moore on December 20, 1951, in Orange, Texas.

He was under watch care at Mt. Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

Frank spent most of his career in the timber industry, where he worked as a heavy equipment operator.

In his spare time, Frank loved playing dominoes. If you sat at the domino table with him, you knew to be prepared for his friendly "trash talk" as he enjoyed the game. He also enjoyed driving tractors. He additionally enjoyed gathering with family and friends.

Frank departed this life on December 12, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Christine.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his one niece, Rozena Moore, one nephew, Kenneth Moore, both of Houston, TX, and a host of cousins and devoted friends.
