Jane Palmer was born on May 9, 1938, to the late Leroy and Edna Issac in Newton County, Texas. She began her education at Biloxi Elementary in Bon Wier and later attended E.O. High School in Houston, TX.

Jane worked in the medical field for many years and was employed with Tree Farm and L.P. in Silsbee, TX, and as a home health provider for nine years.

Jane loved serving the Lord and was the Church Mother in her church. She also enjoyed fishing, meeting new friends, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Collis Palmer; son, Donnell Palmer (Wanda); grandson, Willie Farr, Jr.; parents, Leroy and Edna Issac; and siblings, L.C. Issac, Alzadia Lucille Jordan, Essie D. Hooper, Aldine Samuel, Alberta Noble, John C. Issac, and Victoria Myers.

Jane leaves to cherish her wonderful memories: her children, Beverly Wilson (Felix) of Detroit, MI, Samuel Ray Palmer (the late Evelyn) of Bon Wier, TX, Josephine Spikes (Randy) of Jasper, TX, and Patricia Seastrunk (Dearriago) of Bon Wier, TX; bonus children, Dennis Noble (Otisha) of Bon Wier, TX, and Reginal Noble of Merryville, LA; 30 grandchildren; 43 great- grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sandra (Lee) Palmer of Bon Wier, TX; special people in her life, Jessie Haywood, Janice Ashworth, Ester Foster (Penny), Minnie West, and Tommy Coon; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
