Obituary

Janice Ruth Myers was born on August 12, 1969 in Bleakwood, Texas. She attended public shool in Newton, Texas where she gradated in 1988. She was a big fan of the Newton Eagles. In Fact, she was a sports fanatic; her favorite professional football team was the Dallas Cowboys and her favorite basketball team was the Golden State Warriors.

Janice loved the Lord! She also loved church. She served faithfully and followed the voice of God by accepting her call to the Christian ministry as a Missionary. Missionary Myers earned her Evangelist Missionary license. She worked diligently in her church and her District, Jasper District #1. She would gladly and wholeheartedly praise the Lord by singing, praying and speaking the Word of God whenever she was given the opportunity. She was a true asset and blessing to the body of Christ.

On Wednesday, June 19, 2019, the Lord sent an angel to take Evangelist Myers to her rest. She had truly labored in the field. She indeed fought a good fight, she kept the faith and she served her Lord. There is truly comfort in the thought that a loving God knows best.

Evangelist Myers was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline Myers Roseman and brother Patrick Davis.

Evangelist Myers leaves to cherish her memories her father, Superintendent Rev. Jerry Davis Sr. of Bon Wier, Texas; five(5) brothers: Keyvon Fertil of Bleakwood, TX; Phillipe Falcon of Joaquin, Texas; McGee Falcon of Bleakwood, TX; Jeffrey Falcon (Latasha) of San Diego, California; Jerry Davis Jr (Shanda) of Bon Wier, TX; three (3) sister: NyKeah Falcon of Bleakwood, TX, Melanie Davis of Bon Wier, TX and Saundra Chvis of Houston, TX (3) special friends: Minister Brenda Finnel, Sis.
