Kenneth Wayne Verrett was born to the late Lorene Smith Verrett and Albert Leroy (Chee) Verrett on
December 15, 1955, in Jasper, Texas. He was their sixth child.

He attended and graduated from JH Rowe, in Jasper, Texas. He met and later married Berneatha Mae Cauley
on February 5, 1978. To this union four children were born. He worked at O&I in Jasper, Texas for several
years. In 2002, he moved to Lufkin, Texas and retired from Pilgrim Pride after employment for 18 years.

Kenneth enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Arthur Verrett, Leroy Verrett, and Billy Verrett; and
one sister, Joyce Savage.

He leaves to mourn: his siblings, Debbie Verrett, Steve Verrett (Debra), Teresa Verrett, Michelle Smith
(Roderick), and Fredrick Verrett. He also had four beautiful children who will cherish his memory,
Shedrick Cauley (Gail), Keeyon Verrett (Kerry), Bobbie Lusk (Derrick), and Ali Verrett (Tiffany);
several grandchildren, DeBria, Dacolby, Shedrick Jr., Zachariah, Keyandre, Keyvanta, Tierra, Dakeylon,
Leo, De'Maryion, Sa'Niyah, Javien, Trae, Nevaeh, and De'Mareay; and a host of nieces and nephews.
