Kirby was born on July 22, 1944, in Jasper, TX to his loving parents, Kirby and Florence Limbrick, who preceded him in death.

He gave his life to Christ at an early age and became a member of Living Word Worship Church until his death.

He graduated from J.H. Rowe School in 1962 and later became a mechanic and a truck driver until his retirement.

He met and later married Cora Mae Adams on June 2, 1990.

Kirby enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching Bonanza and Rifleman, cutting grass, and spending time with his wife.

Kirby Limbrick, Jr., departed this life on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Kindred Hospital Clear Lake.

Kirby was preceded in death by his parents, Kirby and Florence Limbrick; one brother, Tommy L. Limbrick; two sisters, Mildred M. Lee and Archie Weatherspoon.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted wife, Cora Limbrick; one sister, Rose (Henry) Collins of Jasper, TX; two brothers, Charles Limbrick of Colorado, and Monroe (Dorothy) Limbrick of California; seven children, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; a special friend, Billy Mahathay, and a host of family and friends.
