Mrs. Lillie Dorothy Smith was born on February 10, 1940, in Jasper, Texas, to Albert and Leathanne Wallace. She graduated from J. H. Rowe School in 1959. She worked at Visador until they closed.

Lillie was a devoted member of Peaceful Rest Baptist Church until her health failed.

Lille Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Wallace and Leathanne Wallace; two brothers, James Wallace and Robert Lee Wallace; and one son, Paul McDaniel.

Mrs. Lillie Dorothy Smith leaves to cherish her memories: her three sons, Ricky Wallace (Nita) of Jasper, Texas, Johnnie McDaniel of Dallas, Texas, and Timothy McDaniel of Jasper, Texas; a very special daughter, Frankie Traylor Kyle (Connie) of Jasper, Texas; one brother, Billy Wallace (Amy) of Dallas, Texas; two special sisters-in-law, Flora Wallace and Dorothy Lee Armstrong; six grandkids; seven great-grandkids; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
