Martha Armstrong, 85 of Jasper, Texas passed away Sunday, October 27, 2024.

Martha was a longtime resident of the Bevil port community in Jasper, Texas. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. Where she was faithful to serve until her health failed. She was a true witness that believed in going within the streets to reach the people.  She always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and taking care of her family.

She raised one son, Marvin Hafford (Ana) of Salt Lake City Utah.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Monte and L J Hafford; one baby daughter, Marilyn Hafford; brothers, L.J. (Chuck) Hafford Jr., James Hafford, Louis Hafford; one sister, Betty Johnson.

Martha is survived by her brother, Monte Hafford (Margie Mae) of Jasper, TX; two twin sisters, Dora and Lora Armstrong both of Jasper, TX; sister-n-law, Lillie Mae Hafford; two stepdaughters, Julia Bryant and Lula Woods and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
