Mon Lewis Traylor, Jr., "ML" was born on April 25, 1952, to the late Mon Lewis Traylor, Sr., and Mary Ann Traylor.

He attended Huff Creek and Rowe High School. He confessed Christ at an early age and united with Rose Bloom Baptist Church. He was employed at O&I for about 30 years and later employed at Jasper High as a supervisor for about 20 years.

On Monday evening, January 31, 2022, God allowed his angels to touch ML Traylor. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann; father, Mon Lewis Traylor, Sr.; and sisters, Minnie Lee Brown and Margie Ann Traylor.

He leaves his memory to: his sisters, Mae Hawkins and Mary Blue; his children, Michael McGee (Katherine), LaTuesday Gulley (Troy), and Derrick McKinney (Sonya McKinney); grandchildren, Devarion Scott, Brandon McKinney, Landon McGee, Logan McGee, and Davon Scott; and great-grandchildren, Greyson McGee, and Kinsley McGee.
