Patricia Ann Hobson was born on September 1, 1961, to Melvin and Juanita Brooks. She was raised in Brookeland
TX. Patricia received her education in Brookeland, TX. Shortly after she met her late husband Jessie Hobson, blossomed a beautiful family and raised their kids in their hometown of Brookeland, TX.

Patricia had many friends and was the life of the party. She loved hosting family gatherings and cooking for her friends and family. She was a well known person and she will be truly missed.

Patricia was preceeded in death by her parents, Melvin and Juanita Brooks; husband, Jessie Hobson; daughter, Shantale Hobson; brothers, Mack Cooper, Melvin Brooks, and Andrew Brooks; and sister, Sabrina Brooks.

Patricia leaves to cherish her memories: three children, Demetrius Hobson (Heather) of Brookeland, TX, Jessie
Jerome Hobson of San Diego, CA, and Patrick Hobson (Marquita) of Brookeland, TX; siblings, Craig Hunt of
Brookeland, TX, Weldon Brooks of Brookeland, TX, Robert Brooks (Kathy) of Jasper, TX, Lisa Young (Jeff) of San Diego, CA, and Allen Brooks of Beaumont, TX; grandchildren, Olyuia Hobson, Omari Hobson, Kobe Hobson, Omaria Hobson, Damarion Hobson, Jamal Hobson, Charity Hobson, and Jessica Hobson; great-grandchildren, Javion and Sataria Hobson. She also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Patricia also leaves behind a special loving, friend/boyfriend, Will Hamilton whom she was in a relationship with for eight years.

Patricia will be truly missed but never forgotten.
