Richard Dean Fleming, Sr. was born October 15, 1949, to the late John L. Fleming and Louise Miles.

His memory will forever be cherished by all who knew and loved him. He leaves four children, Richard Fleming, Jr., Debra Fleming, Keith Johnson, and Octavius Jenkins; two sisters, Glenda Samuel (Bobby), and Lavelle Perkins (Leon); three brothers, Robert Fleming (Rose Mary), John Henry Fleming (Deborah), and Don Fleming (Jackie); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
