Thomas
Cade
Sep 15, 1943 — Apr 26, 2026
Thomas Edward Cade was born on September 15, 1943, to the late Wilbert and Rosie Cade. He attended J.H. Rowe High School and was later employed with the City of Jasper, where he faithfully provided service to the community until his health began to decline. In his younger years, he developed a deep passion for the outdoors and hunting, instilling in his children the importance of hard work and how to provide for their family through something he loved. He also had a special appreciation for home cooking and soul food.
Brother Cade was a devoted member of Faith Temple Church, where he discovered his calling in the hospitality ministry as a greeter. He was known for his warm smile and welcoming spirit. The church became his second family, and he served in many roles with a willing and joyful heart. He was often found near the kitchen, cherishing fellowship with the brotherhood while sharing stories and testimonies from his life. He shared a close and respectful bond with Pastor Lewis and knew he could always depend on him. Brother Cade remained a faithful member until his health declined, holding firmly to his faith in the Lord.
Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Frankie Cade; his parents, Wilbert and Rosie Cade; his brother, Albert Cade; his sister, Bobbie Young; and his children, Sherry, Vickie, and Thomas D. Cade. He leaves to cherish his memory four sons, Terry Cade (Briggitte), Christopher Cade, Gerald Seastrunk (Rishundolyn), and Matthew Cade; eleven grandchildren; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
