Deacon Thomas Johnson, Jr., was born December 14, 1945, to Thomas Johnson, Sr., and Polly Good in Jasper, Texas.

He joined church at an early age and faithfully served as Deacon. He was a loving and caring person with a heart of gold. He loved his family and enjoyed playing games on his phone. He liked to listen to his church music too.

Deacon Thomas leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 54 years, Dorthy Johnson; children, Thomas Johnson, Jerly Johnson, Clarissa Pickens (John), Teresa Collins (Bruce), Delandrick Johnson, Edward Jones (Claretta), and Chris Johnson (Crystal); sisters and brothers, Alice Lewis (Arlee), Harry Johnson (Mae Bell), Leaner Scott, C. W. White, and Willie White (Barbara); and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
