Mr. Thomas Edward Lewis was born on July 22, 1958, to Imogene Hadnot and Tommie L. Hadnot in Jasper, Texas. He attended J.H. Rowe and Jasper High School. He then went to Job Corp to learn a trade in Brick Mason.

He joined Church of Christ at an early age. Thomas departed this life on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tommie L. Hadnot; stepfather, Earnest L. Hadnot; brother, Dexter; and grandfather, Elisha Adams.

He leaves to cherish his memories: mother, Imogene Hadnot; three brothers, Lonnie D. (Zeola) Lewis, and Philip (Loretta) Hadnot, both of Jasper, Texas, and Johnny C. (Michell) Lewis of Lake Charles; sister, Felecia (Ronald) Tukes of Jasper; two aunts, Betty Shaw and Bernice Wysinger, both of Jasper, Texas; special cousin, Leon Cauley; special friends, Philip Mosley, Leona Bronson, Tracy Barnes, Dennis Thomas, and Robert L. Hennington; God-sister, Lisa Ervine of Beaumont; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
