Torie Mae Fowler was born January 31,1967 in Bon Wier, TX to the late Ezell Myers Sr. and Victoria Issac Myers. She was the fourth child of six children. Torie attended Newton Independent School District and worked multiple jobs throughout her life as a care giver and then became a deli Walmart associate.

She met and married her husband, Anthony K. Fowler. Torie's health started failing, so she retired after 20 years of service and remained a devoted wife until God called her home.

Torie was the glue of the family that held the family together. Her heart was as good as gold, she had a down to earth personality, and was well known.

Torie was preceded in death by both her parents.

Torie leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Anthony Kent Fowler; her children, Jerinechia U. Cockerham (Robert), Lonyekia D. Myers, and Shawn D. Myers; bonus children, Anthony D. Fowler (Michelle), Chanthony K. Fowler; 11 grandchildren; 6 siblings, Minnie S. West (Thomas), Martha A. Hadnot (Mack), Charles H. Myers (Sandra), Ezell Myers Jr. (Cora), Patronia Myers, Tony Boykin (Camesha); special friend Rosie Lott, Geraldine Adams; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, family, and friends.
