Vivian L. Graham was born on November 19, 1943, in Wiergate, TX, to the late Martha Powell Graham and Andrew Graham, Sr. She departed this life on November 7, 2023.

Ms. Graham was a graduate of Prairie View A&M University. Shortly after graduation, Vivian joined the federal workforce as a civil servant. During the span of her career, she worked for the US Army in several countries abroad as well as in the United States. During her career, she enhanced her education by obtaining a Master's degree. Upon her retirement, Vivian returned to her roots in Wiergate, Texas, where
she became an integral part of her community. As a local entrepreneur, she utilized her business to service the needs of her community.

Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Martha Graham, as well as a brother, Ronald Graham.

She leaves to cherish precious memories: her brother, Andrew Graham (Susan), Lufkin, TX; one niece, Martha Graham of Houston, TX; two great-nephews and one great-niece; special cousin, Martha F. Lathon; along with a host of other relatives and friends who
loved her dearly.
