Warren Reed Samuel was born on July 17, 1995 to Terry Oneil Samuel and Pamela Alexia Samuel in San Antonio, Texas.

Warren attended Christian Evers Elementary School and Nolan Ryan Middle School and went on to graduate from Newton High School in Newton, Texas in May of 2014 with college credits.

Warren accepted Christ at the early age of 7 years old being baptized by the late Rev. Dr. Thurman E. Walker, PhD on June 30, 2002, at Antioch Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas. Warren was attending college at Prairie View A&M-Engineering Program. He was also employed by the State of Texas as a Correctional Officer at the Texas Department Of Criminal Justice's Luther Unit located in Navasota, Texas. Warren grew to learn a healthy lifestyle, working out daily, enjoying healthy eating and even planting fruit trees at his late grandmother's home (Velma Lee Samuel) in Bon Weir, Texas and then informing his father that he would be planting a large garden very soon. Warren enjoyed watching sports, playing video games with his brother TJ, and nephew Jaylen. Warren was a very humorous young man. He loved to laugh with his family and friends.

Our wonderful, loving Warren went home to be with the Lord while driving from his shift at work; being hit and tragically killed.

Warren leaves behind to cherish his memories, and abundant family of grief-stricken loved ones; father, Terry Oneil Samuel -Bon Weir, Texas; mother, Pamela Alexia Green-Manvel, Texas;  a very special brother, Terell James Samuel of Houston, Texas who actually named his much wished for baby brother; a loving and devoted sister, Crystal Marie Samuel of Denver, Colorado ; a kind, loving sister, Falan Tashane' Shankle of Houston, Texas. A host of Aunts & Uncles: Great Aunt Rosie Jones, 90, years old of Houston, Texas(affectionally called MaMa); Aunt, Dahilia Green of Houston, Texas; Aunt Johnetta(Shawn) Owens, Sr. of League City, Texas; Phillip Samuel(Bennie) of Shreveport, Louisiana; Angletha(Larry) Hutchinson of the Woodlands, Texas, Dr. Donald Samuel(Estelle) of Laredo, Texas; Carl(Gwendolyn) Samuel of Jasper, Texas; Jesse(Brenda) Samuel of Newton, Texas; Anthony(Cherie) Samuel of Missouri City, Texas; Vanessa Lynn Samuel of Lufkin, Texas. An admiring nephew;  Jaylen Tayevon Harrison of Denver, Colorado.
