Willie Franklin Anderson was born on August 2, 1951, to the late Willie Lee Anderson and Alberta Jenkins Henry. He attended church and was baptized at a young age. He attended school in the Biloxi Community and Kerr High in Newton, Texas. Willie later enlisted in the United States Army, where he served in the Vietnam War.

On January 26, 2026, he departed this earthly life peacefully at home. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Leodis Anderson; and a sister, Blondie Anderson Frazier.

He leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters, Demetrice "Missy" Anderson of Silsbee, TX, and Eaden Ashworth of Bon Wier, TX; sisters, Francis Beaty, Eunice Wagner, and Demetria Anderson of Bon Wier, TX, and Jennie Rockwell of Jefferson, TX; one brother, Eric Stanton (Jerri) of Arlington, TX; three grandchildren, Te'Cedric Anderson, Ta'Caria Murphy, and Ty'Quisha Whitaker; four great-grandchildren, Masion, Paris, Aubree, Jacke; stepmother, Yulonda Anderson of Ore City, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
